White Asparagus is available all year round at Antonio's, but European Spring is the best season for this nutritious vegetable. Crops are harvested from late Feb to June, with April being the prime month and high season for asparagus. If you haven't already tried it, come in and experience our famous White asparagus, wrapped in Parma Ham served in a delicious Gorgonzola cheese sauce, topped with shavings of aged Parmesan.
